Prof. Magdalena Pokrzyńska from the University of Zielona Góra, Poland, visited Abdullah Gül University (AGU) as a guest of the School of Foreign Languages on June 1, 2026.
During her visit, Prof. Pokrzyńska met with representatives of the International Office to discuss potential areas of collaboration between the two institutions. The meeting focused on bilateral agreements, academic partnerships, Erasmus+ cooperation opportunities, and the further development of student and staff mobility programs. The participants exchanged ideas on strengthening academic and international relations between the universities.
As part of the visit program, Prof. Pokrzyńska and a group of students from the University of Zielona Góra participated in the Erasmus Partners Day event held on June 3, 2026. During the event, they introduced the University of Zielona Góra to AGU students, providing information about its academic programs, campus life, international activities, and Erasmus+ exchange opportunities.
The event attracted considerable interest from AGU students and provided a valuable opportunity to learn more about international study and exchange possibilities directly from representatives and students of the partner institution. The gathering also contributed to strengthening the relationship between the two universities and fostering international engagement among students.
Abdullah Gül University continues to expand its international collaborations and provide global learning opportunities for its students in line with its internationalization strategy.
